HOW TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE SHADE SIZE (Shade Size vs. Lamp Size): Measuring is fairly straightforward. You don’t necessarily need to buy a new shade that’s exactly like the one you’re replacing! The height of the shade should be roughly 3/4 the height of the base, and the shade's width should extend past the widest part of the lamp base. Make sure that any new shade extends down far enough to cover all the electrical fittings and the base of the socket.
SHIPPING: Shipping is calculated by buyer’s locations via USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express. We Ship Internationally via USPS First Class Mail.
RETURNS: We are happy to accept returns on our shades within 7 days of delivery date. However, please note that shipping charges will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake made by our shipping department or we sent a product other than what was ordered.
